New English Translation
8 But you, O Lord, laugh in disgust at them;[a]
you taunt[b] all the nations.
9 You are my source of strength. I will wait for you.[c]
For God is my refuge.[d]
10 The God who loves me will help me;[e]
God will enable me to triumph over[f] my enemies.[g]
